Matt Smith, President and founder of Vector, has over 33 years of real estate experience in all facets of the business. He gained incredible all round experience in his first 13 years with Prudential Real Estate Investors, advancing through several positions including: Development Manager for a $122 million mixed-use development in Coral Gables, Florida; Director of National Marketing responding to Prudential's largest tenants across the country; and VP for the Denver Rocky Mountain Region responsible for 20 properties, totaling over 5 million square feet. Matt started Vector in 1995, and under his leadership, the company's assignments have grown to include over 12.7 million sf of assignments, representing Landlord's such as General Electric Capital, Opus, Equity Office Properties, Franklin Street Partners, Northstar Commercial Partners, IRET, Griffis/Blessing and Miller Global and Tenant's such as Prudential, Wachovia, Citigroup, Verio, and Pioneer Natural Resources. During his career, he has been involved in leasing of over 8 million square feet of office space and has been recognized as an industry leader, selected as President of NAIOP Colorado Chapter, Chairman of the Office Council of the Downtown Denver Partnership, a perennial Denver Business Journal Heavy Hitter in real estate, and Office Broker of the Year in the small shop category.

Matt received his MBA from the University North Carolina graduating in the top 5% of his class and his Civil Engineering degree with High Honors from Clemson University. While at Clemson, Matt was also a 3 year letterman at linebacker, contributing to an ACC Championship and earning All ACC Academic Football honors. Matt has been married for 30 years with 2 wonderful children who have both graduated from CU Boulder. In his free time he is a volunteer football coach at Regis Jesuit High School.

Mark Weston is the Executive Vice President at Vector Property Services. Mark has over 28 years of real estate experience in office leasing and asset management, including 8 years with CBRE and over 20 years with Vector Property Services.  Mark has leased over 5 million square feet of office space in several cities, including Washington D.C., Chicago, Denver and Phoenix.  Mark has served as asset manager at Miller Global for over 2 million square feet of office space, responsible for all phases of management, leasing and financial performance.  Some of his major transactions include Cisco Systems, Comcast, Redwood Trust, Reuters, Institute of International Finance, D.C. Government, Newfield Exploration, GSA, TD Ameritrade, Axway, Choice Hotels, EMC, Verio, Chubb Insurance, Citigroup, BEA Systems, J.D. Edwards, General Dynamics, John Hancock Financial, Prudential, and Wachovia Securities.  Mark has expertise in all aspects of the Leasing process including Programming, Market Analysis, Site Selection, Negotiation, Lease Documentation, and Construction Management.

Wendy Williams is Director of Property Management at Vector Property Services. Wendy has over 32 years of real estate experience managing over 4.7 million sf of Denver commercial office space. Prior to Vector Property Services, Wendy held key positions with Trammell Crow Company, Crescent Real Estate Equities, and Means Knaus Partners. Wendy's experience and professionalism have earned her prestigious awards including BOMA Building of the Year at Tabor Center (6 times), Qwest Tower, and Park Central. She is also a past Denver BOMA President, a past BOMA Governmental Affairs Committee member, and was the 2010 Chair of the Downtown Denver Business Improvement Board of Directors. Wendy currently serves on the Downtown Denver Civic Ventures Board.

Christy Langston

Christy Langston

Christy Langston is the Property Manager for 303 East 17th Avenue.  Christy has over 30 years of real estate experience in the Denver Metro Area and has been involved with real estate portfolios consisting of commercial high-rise/mid-rise office, industrial parks, and retail centers. She has worked diligently under a variety of landlord structures including company owned assets, institutional ownerships, joint-venture partnerships as well as, third party management companies. She has experience in all aspects of property management, including asset strategic and financial planning, budget preparation and implementation, accounting, tenant improvement and capital construction supervision, tenant retention programs, acquisition/disposition due diligence, tenant lease negotiations and staff development.

Ken Allen, the Head of Engineering at Vector Property Services, has over 38 years of industry experience working for Lutheran Medical Center, American Properties Corporation, Trammell Crow Company, Williams Realty Company, Stadium Management Company, Means Knaus, and Vector. Properties that Ken has maintained include: One Denver Place, construction oversight for Stellar Plaza, One Tabor Center, the Westin Hotel, Lutheran Medical Complex, and Sport’s Authority Field at Mile High, 1001 17th Street and others. Ken has successfully developed staff, trained and implemented procedures for his engineering departments in addition to routinely identifying opportunities for cost savings improvements for his building owners. Ken has earned a City of Denver Stationary Engineer Certificate, a City of Denver Class A Boiler Certificate, a State Certified Universal Chlorofluorocarbon Certification and is part of the Building Owners & Managers Institute (BOMI) with a Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) certificate.
