MATT SMITH is the founder and president of Vector Property Services. Matt has 26 years of real estate experience covering all facets of the business. In his first 13 years with Prudential Real Estate Investors, he advanced rapidly holding several positions including: Development Manager for a $122 million mixed-use development in Coral Gables, Florida; Director of National Marketing responding to Prudential's largest real estate clients across the country; and VP for the Rocky Mountain Region responsible for Prudential's 5 million sf portfolio. Matt started Vector in 1994, and under his leadership, the company's assignments have grown to include over 9.5 million square feet of office space. During his career, he has been involved in leasing over 6 million square feet. Matt has been recognized as an industry leader selected as NAIOP Colorado Chapter's Developer of the Year and serving on several business and civic boards including President of NAIOP Colorado Chapter.
MARK WESTON is the Vice President of Leasing at Vector Property Services. Mark has over 22 years of leasing experience in Denver. He spent his first 8 years at CB Commercial primarily focused on Landlord listings including Qwest Tower, One Corporate Center, and Writer Square. While at CB, Mark completed over 180 transactions earning "Rookie of the Year," Deal Maker of the Month, and Top Five Earners of the Month. Mark joined Vector at its founding in 1995 and has played a key role in Vector’s leasing success ever since. At Vector, Mark has been the leasing agent on 18 different buildings totaling over 3 million sf. During the last development cycle, Mark leased 7 new office buildings totaling 824,000 sf, winning recognition as a Denver Business Journal Heavy Hitter in Real Estate.
WENDY WILLIAMS is Head of Property Management at Vector Property Services. Wendy has 26 years of real estate experience managing over 4.7 million sf of Denver office space while working for Vector Property Services, Trammell Crow Company, Crescent, and Means Knaus. Wendy's experience and professionalism have earned her prestigious awards including BOMA Building of the Year at Tabor Center (3 times), Quest Tower, and Park Central. She is also a past BOMA President, Downtown Denver Business Improvement Board of Directors, and BOMA Governmental Affairs Committee member.
