Recently, 24/7 Wall St ranked the states with best and worst economies. To do so, they looked at the 2016 GDP, 5 year GDP Annual Growth Rate, Unemployement Rate and the 5 Year Annual Employment Growth collectively for each state, with Colorado coming in at #1.

Here's why Colorado topped the list...

  • - 2016 GDP: $292.51 BILLION
    - 5yr. GDP Annual Growth Rate: 3%
    - 5 Year Annual Employment Growth: 2.9%

In addition to the ranking conducted by 24/7 Wall St, Colorado also came in # 1 as Best Place to Do Business (Forbes) and Best Place to Live (US News and World Report).

Coupled with a great cost of living/business, particularly when compared to the coastal states, companies like CirrusMD, Amazon.com, Inc., Agilent Technologies Inc., Xero have already made the move.

Employees love it here too! The Denver Metro area provides a vast array of neighborhoods and social events catering to all types of lifetsyles. There is also no end to the outdoor activities available year long, which is why Coloradoans are considered some of the healtiest in the country.

In summary, if you have considered relocating or expanding your business to Colorado, now may be the time to begin searching  office space for lease in Denver.
